李琦,副教授,硕士研究生导师。2019年毕业于中国科学院上海生科院植物生理生态研究所(现为中国科学院分子植物科学卓越创新中心),获博士研究生学位。2015-2018年访学英国诺丁汉大学2次。四川师范大学2019年引进人才。目前主要研究方向为微生物遗传与基因组编辑、川酒酿造微生物资源挖掘与应用、微生物合成生物学等。以第一作者或通讯作者发表论文二十余余篇。主持国家自然科学基金1项、主持四川省自然科学基金2项、主持中国科学院合成生物学重点实验室开放课题1项、主持四川省固态酿造重点实验室开放课题1项、主持四川师范大学引进人才科研启动项目1项、主持横向项目5项。
Qi Li, Associate Professor. She graduated from the Institute of Plant Physiology and Ecology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2019 (now the CAS Center for Excellence in Molecular Plant Science) and received the PhD degree. She visited the University of Nottingham (UK) twice from 2015 to 2018. She joined the College of Life Sciences at Sichuan Normal University in 2019. Her current research focuses mainly on microbial genetics and genome editing, mining and application of microbial resources in Baijiu brewing, and synthetic biology. She has published over 20 papers as the first author or corresponding author. She has presided over a project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, two projects funded by Natural Science Foundation of Sichuan Province, one project funded by the Key Laboratory of Synthetic Biology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, one project funded by the Key Laboratory of Solid Fermentation of Sichuan Province, one project funded by Sichuan Normal University, and 5 projects in collaborated with companies.
