
徐海燕,工学博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。主要研究方向乳酸菌生物转化及其健康食品开发,食品组分与肠道菌群互作研究。以第一作者及通讯作者在《Food Chemistry》、《Food Research International》等期刊发表SCI论文18篇,EI论文2篇。主持国家自然科学基金1项、主持四川省自然科学基金2项(面上项目和青年基金)、主持四川师范大学引进人才科研启动项目1项、横向项目1项。讲授本科课程《食品毒理学》、《食品免疫学》、《食品质量管理学》等。
