       朱博,博士,教授,四川省“天府峨眉计划”入选者,四川省特聘专家,四川省学术技术带头人后备人选,四川师范大学“狮山学者”,四川师范大学植物功能基因组及生物信息学研究中心负责人。在Plant cell,PNAS等国际权威期刊发表文章近20篇,曾获“吉林省科技进步一等奖”、成都青年五四奖章、成都市最美科技工作者提名奖。主持国家级、省部级项目10项;目前主要从事青稞功能基因组学及进化方面的研究。

团队简介:

       团队成立于2017年7月,依托四川省“天府峨眉计划”及四川师范大学引进人才项目,建设了包括一系列遗传转化、基因组学实验仪器,智能人工气候室及大型服务器的的高效研究平台。团队主要以西南特色作物马铃薯及青稞为研究对象,以多组学为研究手段,从事重要功能基因克隆及其调控元件鉴定,揭示作物生长发育及非生物胁迫的分子应答机制及表观调控模式,着力实现以顺式调控元件为靶点的精准分子设计育种。团队成员现包括教授2人,助理研究员3人,科研助理2人,其中包括四川省峨眉计划入选者2人,四川省特聘专家2人,四川省学术技术带头人后备人选1人,四川师范大学狮山学者-杰出青年学者1人,具有海外留学经历3人。
